having kids naturally sways us to be more festive when it comes to holiday decorating and at our house we tend to travel down the quirky path.  blackbirds are a favorite and we’re always looking for new ways to display them.

and one can never have too many body parts to display…doll heads, mannequins, bones, etc.

webbing gets strung from here to there, and a dress form takes center stage with its’ all black attire and headless nest.

makin’ it fun. that’s what it’s all about.
